Can not make it to the library? Renew the loan of books or materials you over the phone.

Conditions:

1. Substances want to renew the loan period must not pass return date (due date) set.
2. Renewal is only allowed once only for each borrowing either by phone or online .
3. The time for reform over the phone are as follows:
   • Monday - thursday (10.00 am - 1.00 pm & 2.00 pm - 5.00 pm)
   • Friday (10.00 am - 12.00 pm and 2.45 pm - 5.00 pm)
   • Saturday, sunday and public holidays closed.
4. Please provide your nric and no.akses for each grade who wish to renew their loans.
5. Please get the name of the officer who took pleasure in the material and get the new date returnable .
6. It is noted that the books that have been reserved by another member shall not be renewed due date.

RENEWAL BY ONLINE

 

1. Login Ilmu the library website Klik Here
2. Please go to the  " on loan items " under the menu " ILMU Component ".
3. Select materials to renew and click " renew " . Only materials / library membership card unexpired term of the loan can be renewed.
4. The membership period is less than 3 weeks can not innovate library materials.
5. Please make sure the transaction is successful and record the new due date.
