The municipal library charges a minimum fee for library patrons.
Membership is opened to all residents, particularly the Petaling Jaya
community who is 4 years and above. Membership is based on individual
registration. Validity of membership is on an annual basis.

Each individual is eligible to register
once only as a member. Types of membership are as follows:
