LOAN SERVICES

Each member is allowed to borrow 2 books and 2 multimedia material unit at any one time for 2 weeks. Renewal can be made via telephone (during office hours only) or using online renewal facilities. Book Reservation services is also provided to members. Each reservation will be kept for a week to be claimed by members who have made the reservations.
Inter library loans are also provided and delivery costs will be borne by the members. This loan services is subjected to each individual library's policy.

REFERENCE SERVICES

Provide assistance to members via reference and information services. Among the services provided are:

CHILDREN'S LIBRARY SERVICES

A special area is allocated for children that house the collection, activity area, and recreation area in an attractive and cheerful area. Their concept of 'playing while reading' will not bore the children and will foster their interest in reading. To encourage the children to make use of the facilities, various programmes and activities will be provided during weekends like story telling sessions, video shows, handicrafts, art workshops, music, etc.

AUDIO VISUAL SERVICES

Members can use the audio visual services and materials in comfort at a specially designated area. To cater the varied tastes of every member, special music corners are created on Level 1, 2 and 3. Carrels for individual audio listening and viewing are also provided.

Photocopying services is provided for members' use. Members can use the self-service photostating services at a reasonable rate.
