Library membership is open to anyone, especially those people living in Petaling Jaya. residents can register for a yearly and lifetime membership. The minimum age for membership is three month.

Malaysian Citizens
- MyKid (below 12 years)
- MyKad (Malaysian identity card for adults)
Foreigners
- Original passport
- Photocopy of original passport
- Malaysian guarantor’s MyKad (must be resident of Klang Valley or Selangor)
- Utility bills – water / electricity / or tax assessment
